How do I find a protocol for doing x?
Through our protocols data, you have access to a variety of lab-tested procedures for your research. The following is an example of answering the question:
How do you dissociate adult mouse Dorsal Root Ganglia (DRG) for Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS)?

Step 1: Go to the Protocols section
Click the “Protocols” link on the homepage or choose BROWSE DATA > Protocols in the main navigation menu.
Step 2: Search using free text
In the search bar above the main results, use a free text search, such as: DRG FACS
.
You can also search or browse through the Title and Keywords facets in the faceting sidebar. Below you see a closeup of the expanded Keywords, facet which shows all available keywords related to these search results:
Step 3: Browse available protocols/download PDF version
Scroll through the results to find the protocol closest to what you’re looking for. Click the “View” icon to view the protocol.
