Experiment Notes:
Embryo dissected transversely below the forelimb and sagittally bisected down the midline and the organs removed to reveal the urogenital tract. The hindlimb is visible and the rostral end of the embryo is on the left. 2 specimens examined. WISH280807 1784 Colour development for 220min. Control probes Wnt4 and Shh colour developed for 85min and 1260min (21hr) respectively on TS20 whole urogenital tract.
