Embryo dissected transversly below the forelimb and saggitally bissected down the midline and the organs removed to reveal the urogenital tract. The hindlimb is visible and the rostral end of the embryo is on the left. 3 samples examined. WISH060207 1467 Colour development for 40min. Control probes Shh and Wnt4 colour developed for 21hrs20min and 130min respectively.
