Experiment Notes:
7µm sections 4 sections examined including metanephros and proximal ureter. Experiment: SISH200607 1430 Robot SISH Slide A13 Colour development for 25hrs. Control probes Wnt4, Wnt7b and Shh on TS23 metanephros colour developed for 25hrs, 91hrs and 91hrs respectively. Expression was seen with the low level expression control Shh in this experiment therefore genes with a low level expression are likely to be detected. Imaging: BatchScan 06-07-07 Image_12.vsi.
