GUDMAP:22048
Gene: Htr3a, 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) receptor 3A
Stage: Theiler Stage 22
Tissue: dorsal root ganglion
Species: Mus musculus
Assay Type: TG section
Images
Red channel shows Trpv1 expression; green channel shows Htr3a-EGFP expression.
Green channel shows Htr3a-EGFP expression.
Red channel shows Trpv1 expression.
Results Notes
Expression of Htr3a-EGFP transgene and Trpv1 is noted in T13 dorsal root ganglion (EMAPA:25186). EGFP expression is present, strong, and visible in single neuronal cell bodies of the ganglion. Trpv1 expression is present, moderate to weak, and spotted throughout the neuronal cell bodies of the ganglion.
