GUDMAP:22041
Gene: Htr3a, 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) receptor 3A
Stage: Theiler Stage 22
Tissue: dorsal root ganglion
Species: Mus musculus
Assay Type: TG section

Blue channel shows Calca expression; green channel shows Htr3a-EGFP expression.
Green channel shows Htr3a-EGFP expression.
Blue channel shows Calca expression.
Results Notes
Expression of Htr3a-EGFP transgene and Calca (CGRP) is noted in the lumbar-sacral dorsal root ganglion (EMAPA:16668). EGFP expression is present, strong, and visible in single neuronal cell bodies of the ganglion, as well as axons. Calca is present, weak, and visible in single neuronal cell bodies of the ganglion.
