Expression of Htr3a-EGFP transgene and staining for Lectin GS-IB4 is observed in dorsal root ganglion (EMAPA:16668). EGFP expression is present, strong, and visible in single neuronal cell bodies of the ganglion.

Notes: DyLight 594 Labeled GSL I - isolectin B4 (Vector Labs, Cat#DL-1207). Antibody stored at 4oC. Diluted 1:200 in block with 10% normal donkey serum; applied to cryosections on slides (~500uL per slide) and incubated in a humidified chamber overnight at 4oC then rinsed liberally with 1X PBS (sterile filtered).
